Credit Warranty

Bag Hoop offers a 30-day Credit Warranty Agreement. Manufactured plastic bags specify their capacity in gallons. There are variations in plastic bag material thickness and stretch factor. A set of 3 Bag Hoops includes 3 different sizes, which are designed to fit the majority of large plastic bags available in the capacity range 30-gallon to 33-gallon.

Bag Hoop is in the “working prototype” stage of product development. We have not tested and accordingly sized all bags from all manufacturers. Consequently, you are eligible to replace the product set of 3 Bag Hoops (White or Black) with one set of our 3-of-a-kind Bag Hoop at no additional cost. We only request you inform us of your chosen manufacturer and bag size at return time in order to accomplish the product exchange.

Look for your manufacturer and bag size in our growing list of tested bags. If your particular bag appears already listed and you are having trouble making the proper fit, we need to find out why. The proper fit should overlap the plastic bag material, with or without drawstrings, inside of the Bag Hoop 1-2 inches. You should be able to fit 85% of the bag around the Bag Hoop and stretch a 10-12 inch chord of plastic bag material across the remaining portion of the Bag Hoop prior to the final stretch and placement. Evenly distribute the plastic bag around the Bag Hoop and ensure there are no folds or other pinch points interfering with the installation. A bag too small will split or tear upon final stretching. A bag too large will slide off the Bag Hoop upon handling. If your bag is not already listed by manufacturer and size, we may ask you to send us the box label or additional information to build a suitable replacement 3-of-a-kind set. We replace Black with Black, White with White or in specialty configurations such as the Half-Moon Bag Hoop shape, Combo Black/White with Combo Black/White.

Our Bag Hoop Credit Warranty Agreement requires that you pay return shipping cost. Time Emits and Bag Hoop reserves the right to alter configurations without notice. We can also customize an order to best-fit larger contractor bags under the same provisions.
